I arrived as a new patient 10 minutes early before my appointment for any possible paperwork I needed to complete. I only waited about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time until I was called back. Talked with the Dr immediately, received help, and left the building 20 minutes later. Very fast, also had a beautiful office. Will be coming back, thanks!!

Dr Ghneim is a darling - she is so sweet and caring and has made me feel so at ease. She has been a shoulder to cry on and a proactive advocate for taking every necessary step to address any medical concern I or my husband have had. I would not hesitate to recommend her! There is one person on the front desk who is super friendly and one who seems aloof and less personal/convivial ... do not be perturbed by the less friendly of the two - the doctors make it worth it. Also - for the person who left the 1 star review about cleanliness... I have to say the exact opposite (I think they must have been a fake review/troll). It is ALWAYS sparkling clean!

I haven't been to a doctor in 15 years due to medical anxiety. Dr. Ramy put my mind at ease. His office is neat, clean, organized and the vaulted ceilings give a sense of openess and comfort. He was very calm and concise in explaining everything to me. I am a certain he will be my PCP for years to come. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ramy Elhalwagi. He gave me time to speak about my symptoms and what I have been feeling and then personably offered support and what he suggests. You can tell he really listens to his patients and their issues. I have visited many unhelpful doctors where I don’t feel as though they even listened to my symptoms, but not Dr. Ramy. No wait time and very clean office as well. Will visit again!

Dr Ramy is very patient and listens . I have been dealing with serve pain in my stomach for 9 months and he really took his time . They truely care about there patients. Very responsive and listens.I would highly recommend this place to anyone . The Doc is extremely helpful and knowledgeable I will always be grateful for Drs like him

Dr. Ramy is the best! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to me about my health and what's going on. At my first appointment he made sure to get my entire medical history which is fairly complex. His office is very calm and quiet compared to many offices which I really like. And his office helps me stay on top of my medical needs, often reaching out when I'm late on scheduling my medication refill appointments, or if I miss an appointment which has happened once

Dr. Amal Ghneim is amazing! She and her staff are truly taking the time to engage with their patients and actively listen to their concerns. In today's fast-paced world, it's rare to find healthcare professionals who treat patients as individuals instead of just another cog in the system.
